Community 101 is a student-led program that provides students the opportunity to be involved in their community by writing grant proposals, learning about/working with non-profit organizations, and participating in volunteer work. There are several Community 101 programs throughout the state of Oregon that are run by the Oregon Community Foundation (OCF). Community 101 programs receive $5,000 from the OCF for grantmaking, which is later awarded to the selected non-profit organizations.
